Keith has practiced in integrative health for over six years and received formal training at the School of Healing Arts Pacific Beach and University of Alaska Anchorage. His evidence-informed practice blends Eastern and Western health & wellness knowledge as applied to injury recovery, sports performance, self-care, body mechanics, movement, pain reduction and relaxation. Currently, he is pursuing further certifications in functional training for rehabilitation support and movement therapy as a Tai-Chi Chuan practitioner.
He is licensed to practice through the State of California Massage Therapy Council (CMT #59131), and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and American Tai Chi and Qigong Association (ATCQA).
Work and life experience highlights include expeditionary warfare as a naval combat veteran, Alaska Wilderness First Responder, American Red Cross life guard and a cold weather and arctic marine survival outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys distilling plant hydrosols, photography, installation and modern art, foreign policy, music and herbology with an emphasis on the therapeutic applications of Alaskan and Californian coastal plants.
